Never get this problem when restarting my lapt. Never had this problem with any other laptop Ive owned. I get this in adaptor status- Windows has stopped this device because it has reported problems. Upon reinstalling the driver Bluetooth is no longer listed anywhere in Device Manager. Install kernels through manjaro settings manager then reboot. Test kernels 4.19, 5.5, and lastly the real time kernels.
